At Your Door Services Ltd. is urgently hiring a full-time Bookkeeper to join our growing team! We are a trusted provider of janitorial services for commercial and residential clients across Prince George, BC. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wage Rate: $36.60 per hour
Hours Per Week: 30–40 hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: College program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience

Language: Proficiency in English

Technical Skills (preferred):

Microsoft Excel
-
Microsoft Word
-
Spreadsheets
-
QuickBooks or other accounting software
-
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Process payroll and prepare employee paycheques
-
Calculate fixed assets and manage depreciation schedules
-
Maintain financial records using manual and computerized systems
-
Establish, balance, and reconcile various accounts
-
Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
-
Post journal entries and track adjustments
-
Prepare tax returns and government remittances (GST, PST, etc.)
-
Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required
-
Prepare trial balance of books
-
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
-
Assist with budgeting and year-end financial preparation
