Shift: 40 Hours/Week
Main duties:
- Hire and oversee the activities of subcontractors and their employees,
- Create and submit a budget quote for construction project,
- Establish and carry out quality control programs,
- Create contracts with architects, consultants, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements,
- Represent the company by negotiating business services and partnership contracts,
- Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions,
- Arrange, coordinate, direct, conduct, and evaluate construction projects from the blueprint to complete according to schedule, specifications, and budget,
- Create a progress report and publish a progress plan to clients,
- Organize and arrange construction schedules and milestones, track progress against set timelines.
Qualifications & skills:
- College diploma in construction is required,
- 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
