Salary : $ 33 CAD per hour for 30 hours per week . This job is on site at the pyisical location of company at Richmond hill, ON but this is an on-call position for after hours. The job is two years contract with estimated start time of January 2025.
- Job Duties:
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and service quality
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work by making call and inperson follow up with clients
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- May perform a variety of office management and clerical duties
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related science.
- Minimum of five years of solid experience as cordinator in health providing centers or private centers.
- Experience in computer operation for maintaining patient records
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Multi-task position with work under pressure and tight deadline
