Hoffman's Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring a janitor supervisor for their company located at 3345 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, V5R 0A7.

This is a full-time and permanent position.

The duties of the janitor supervisor will be as follows.

Supervise and coordinate the work of Janitors and other staff.
Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Recommend and arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations.
Hire and train cleaning staff.
Prepare work schedules.
Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records.
Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.

Education Required

Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience Required

Minimum one year of supervisory experience is required.

Wage and benefits

Wage being offered is $30.00 per hour.

Hours of work

Minimum 40 hours per week
Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
