Job Description
- Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
- Prepare work schedules and submit reports.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure and maintain food service and quality.
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
- Address customer's complaints and concerns.
WORK SETTING: The Candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening, afternoon, or on the weekends
