Job Responsibility:

Receive and process customer orders. Portion, assemble, and wrap food or plate it for service to customers and prepare take-out orders; use specialized equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea; Serve customers at counters or buffet tables; Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and salad bars; and keep accurate records of food quantities used. Handle transactions and receive payment for food items sold.
