Kulinarya Filipino Eatery is a full service restaurant, mainly serving Filipino dishes and drinks. We are located in the busy Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a full time Food Service Supervisor who has at least 2 years experience in the same position. Familiarity with Filipino food is an advantage. Wage is $18 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, on an 8 hour shift
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Recruit and hire staff. Work under pressure. Must have at least 2-3 years related work experience.
