JOB DUTIES:
· PREPARE AND COOK COMPLETE MEAL OR INDIVIDUAL DISHES AND FOOD
· SCHEDULE AND SUPERVISE KITCHEN HELPERS AND OVERSEE KITCHEN OPERATIONS
· MAINTAIN INVENTORY AND RECORDS OF FOOD, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT
· KEEP THE KITCHEN AND WORK AREA CLEAN
· MAY PLAN MENUS AND DETERMINE THE SIZE OF FOOD PORTIONS
· ESTIMATE FOOD REQUIREMENTS AND COSTS AND MONITOR AND ORDER SUPPLIES
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME IN THE DAY OR EVENING, IN THE AFTERNOON, OR ON THE WEEKENDS.
